StorifyMe respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you own a copyright, or are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and believe that material made available through the StorifyMe Services infringes that copyright, you may report the alleged infringement to us.
Copyright Infringement Notice
To report alleged copyright infringement, please send us a written notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that you request to be removed or access to which you request to be disabled, together with information reasonably sufficient to permit StorifyMe to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit StorifyMe to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

StorifyMe may provide a copy of a notice, including relevant contact information contained in it, to the person or entity responsible for the material identified in the notice where reasonably necessary to investigate, process or respond to the claim, or as otherwise required by law.
Incorrect Removal
If you believe that content you provided was removed or disabled as a result of an incorrect copyright infringement notice, you may contact us at contact@storifyme.com with details of the affected content and the reasons you believe the removal was incorrect.
Repeat Infringers
StorifyMe may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
Misrepresentations
Please ensure that any copyright infringement report is accurate. A person who knowingly submits false or misleading claims may be responsible for resulting damages or other consequences under applicable law.
