In the rapidly changing world, where content is all around us it can be difficult to keep the users engaged with your message. Springpod wanted to introduce user-generated content, in order to truly speak in the language of their users. The only difficulty was finding the right format to deliver the message.

After their research, SpringPod found that over ⅓ of the users would prefer content to be delivered in the Instagram-like story format.
They realized that in order to keep their users engaged and even more important - interested, they had to add another format: web stories.
