Cashify is a leading recommerce company in India which is also the country’s first and largest end-to-end smartphone solution provider. The company operates as an online marketplace where users can sell their used electronic gadgets like mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, laptops and video game consoles to customers. It also deals in refurbished devices.
The Cashify team was trying to find a way to educate their audience in an engaging way, and find a way to visualize their reviews, articles and product pages better. Aside from educating & engaging their current audience, they wanted to create more organic traffic streams.
They were aware of Google web stories as the next big thing that could really help educate their audience on the best gadgets.

While searching for the solution, they realized that web stories are becoming more popular and could even bring them more organic customers. They started with stories mid-october of 2022 to try them out and the number of sessions they got on their stories was more than they could expect, in a very short period of time.
